My process begins with an initial consultation to fully understand your goals and requirements. Then I provide a project scope and timeline for your approval before starting the work. I’ll send regular updates and am always available to answer questions. After delivering the final files, I’m happy to make any revisions needed.
I have a thorough quality control process, including multiple rounds of review and testing. I’m also happy to provide previews at key milestones so you can provide feedback. My goal is to deliver work you’re completely satisfied with, so revisions are included in my pricing.
Yes, I stand behind my work. If you’re not fully satisfied, I’ll work to correct any issues until you’re happy with the final deliverable at no additional cost.
I build in buffer time for every project to account for any unexpected delays or revisions. I also break larger projects into milestones to stay on schedule. If I do foresee an issue meeting a deadline, I will notify you immediately so we can discuss solutions.
I take confidentiality extremely seriously. I’m happy to sign an NDA, and scrub any confidential files from my systems after completing the work if needed. Data security is one of my top priorities.
Continuous learning is very important to me. I regularly take online courses, attend industry events/webinars, and follow thought leaders to stay on top of new techniques, tools and best practices.
Client satisfaction is my number one goal. If revisions within the initial scope don’t resolve any issues, I’ll refund an appropriate portion of the project cost based on the amount of completed work.
